I am still in Auckland and happy with my decision to come to NZ again and stay aound for a while. Staying in a backpackers hostel gives me the flexability to go away for a week or so which I will be doing next week.
I also have free wifi access here and I am based right in the central business district. My only issue is having to leave my car in the suburbs as the parking is very tight and expensive.
I have forged together a nice group of friends who are all mainly travellers and are working in Auckland. Meeting locals is ok as I have got to know the hostel workers and their mates pretty well.
I am attending weekly Spanish lessons starting next Monday which might give you a hint as to where I am planning to head after NZ.

Hi Webby,
Having trouble logging into the forums. I get to the login page - enter lis/password and it accepts tham (no message saying wrong password etc ) but the page just goes blank. Happens at work on IE and home on firefox so not a problem my end I think? Please help its sad not being able to post :-9

Lis that happens to me when I forget my user name is ‘Kirsty’ and not ‘travoholic’ which I use everywhere else. No error page comes up, just a blank one. Are you sure you’ve type your user name and password correclty? Caps lock on? etc etc…

Good thought Kirsty - but I tried with an incorrect login - and got a nice message saying I had used an incorrect password or login name! So no definitly got the right login and password - and still cant get in :-O

I will check again - cant see any probs this end. Maybe you could clear your cookies?

Hmm I posted a reply about 30min ago and its not showing ? Its definitly not cookies - I tried on my newish laptop using IE which I have never used and got exactly the same problem. I also got a long string of alphanumberics in the url - which I did copy but now dont have the url was normal - except there was ? near the php and then this long (like 20+) random numbers/lettters
